What's on in the Arena?
on Sunday 11th August 2019

10:25 Classic Cars for Sale
See what's up for grabs this year and maybe bag a classic bargain - we have sold a car in under two minutes before!
10:40 Pride of Ownership
A cavalcade of vehicles entered in our inaugural Pride of Ownership competition, a chance to see the vehicles moving before voting for your favourites using the form in this show guide
11:10 The Land Rover at 70
A celebration of the Land Rover's 70th birthday, hosted by TV's Mark Evans, a man who owns more Land Rovers than pairs of long trousers
11:40 Car Clubs
A selection of vehicles from the Triumph Sports Six Club and The Mercedes-Benz Club
12:00 Motorcycles
A selection of motorcycles from today's show including Dorking & District Motorcycle Club
12:20 Tractors
Pretty much all of the tractors at today's show, some with agricultural implements. This is always a popular arena event as the owners have encyclopaedic knowledge of their vehicles and do like a bit of banter with host Mark Evans, a man truly in love with all things diesel
13:00 Lunch Break
13:30 Cranleigh Fire Service Demonstration
Unless they are called away beforehand, the Cranleigh Fire Service will be getting all of their tools out of the truck and demonstrating how quickly they can convert a car into a cabriolet
14:15 Classic Cars for Sale
Unless they've been sold, a second chance to see your new classic driving around the arena. Assuming you haven't spent all of your money on the autojumble stalls
14:30 The Italian Job Mini Gymkhana
New for 2018 are gymkhana events that take place during the charity run The Italian Job. We have five classic Minis, lots of cones, a big timing clock and a loud horn. Come and cheer on the teams as they attempt tricky precision driving tests - it's not the fastest that wins
15:00 American Cars
We've had to make the arena bigger for this one! Wonder at how much polishing the owners had to do yesterday as a selection of American metal cruises around the arena.
15:30 Car Clubs
A selection of vehicles from the Gay Classic Car Club and the Ford Granada Mk1 & Mk2 Driver's Guild
15:50 Pride of Ownership Prize Giving
We've counted your votes and chosen the best in show. Find out who has won
