Carnival Parade

Cranleigh Lions invite you to join our Golden Anniversary Carnival Parade *

To celebrate our Golden Anniversary, our theme this year is ‘Cranleigh Lions, Celebrating 50 Years of Service’. Let your imagination run wild and help us make this the best Carnival Parade ever! Generous prizes to be won for those judged to be first, second and third – £250, £100 and £50.

So, what are you waiting for? Don’t be one of those who watch the Carnival and think ‘I could have done that!’ Take part and have fun!

*Please note, this is predominately a walking parade. No powered vehicles or floats without the express permission of Cranleigh and District Lions Club. Entrants gather at 12pm for judging in St James Place, Cranleigh, GU6 8QB (just off the High Street). The parade starts at 12.30pm. We walk up the High Street to the Village Hall, then turn around and come back to the Carnival arena for prize giving at around 1.30pm. Entrants must have their own employee and/or public liability insurance.
