Registering Your Vehicle for the Classic Car Show

Registration for our Classic Car Show is being managed by Eventbrite, which will make the process easier for you and us.

To register your vehicle browse to https://www.cranleighlions.org/carshowregistration

If you want to register a single vehicle, either for the individual’s area or with your car club’s area, simply client the Check out for £10.00 button.

If you want to register more than one vehicle you can pay for up to twenty tickets in one go, however this will mean the same details will be registered for each vehicle, which is fine with us, however does mean we can’t consider an individual vehicle from the batch for the arena, should you be interested in displaying in the arena.

If you have an Eventbrite account and haven’t already logged in it’s worth doing so at this point by clicking the Log in link at the top of the page.

Please enter the details as requested.

You can enter any phone number in Home phone, it doesn’t have to be a landline. We will only call you if there’s a problem with your ticket or if we would like to show your vehicle in the arena.

If you are paying for more than one vehicle in one go, put the first vehicle’s details down.

Continue filling in the form. For the Car Club section, if you are NOT displaying as part of a car club, please select the NO CLUB, INDIVIDUAL option at the top of the list.

If you are parking with your car club, please choose your car club from the list.

If your car club doesn’t exist, please choose the NO CLUB, INDIVIDUAL option at the top of the list. There will be an opportunity to tell us the name of your club after paying for your ticket. When you have completed registration please send us an email at classicregistration@cranleighlions.org and let us know the registration number(s) of the vehicles registered, your telephone number, the name of your club and the club’s representative’s email address (if you know it). We will contact them, set the club up and add your vehicle to the club’s list.

Enter your payment details, check the Eventbrite terms and conditions and tick if you are happy with them, then click the Place Order button.

If payment is successful you will see the following:

Please click the Answer questions button.

If you are interested in showing your vehicle in the arena please select the Yes option and add a brief description of your vehicle, including information that would make it interesting to other people.

Please note that we get many requests to appear in the arena and sadly we can’t have you all. If you are successful we will be in contact a few weeks before the car show.

If your club wasn’t listed please add the name of it here and don’t forget to email us at classicregistration@cranleighlions.org with the registration number(s) of the vehicles registered, your telephone number, the name of your club and the club’s representative’s email address (if you know it).

When finished click the Submit and get tickets button.

To see your ticket, click the View Tickets button.

To download your ticket, click the Print Tickets button, which will download a PDF of your tickets. If possible please print your ticket as it makes entry to the show quicker. If you are unable to print your ticket please download it to your phone. You must show a valid ticket to gain entry to our classic car show, if you don’t have your ticket you will need to pay £15 to park your classic vehicle in the show.

You will also receive an email with a link to your ticket. If you haven’t created an account at Eventbrite you must keep this email in order to reprint or change your ticket.

If you don’t have an Eventbrite account, now is a very good time to create one as it means you can reprint your ticket and make amendments, such as correcting your registration number or parking with your car club, with ease.

In the top right of the page click on the arrow to the right of your email address and click Account settings.

On the Account Information page click Password on the left-hand side.

Then click the Set password button.

An email will be sent to you from Eventbrite with instructions on setting your password.
