Classic Car Show Questions
Questions about the Classic Car Show
on Sunday 1th August 2020
Registration for individual entries and club entries both open on Monday 29th April 2019. There is a £6 registration fee for all vehicles. This gives entry to the vehicle, driver and one passenger, plus a complimentary copy of our Show Guide.
Club registration closes on 1st July 2019, so that we can layout the showground. Individuals who have registered with a club code before this date will be parked together in the club area.
Individual registration will be open until Saturday 10th August 2019 or until we reach the showground capacity, whichever occurs first.
What time does the show open?
Classic vehicles, clubs and stallholders can arrive from 7am. Stallholders must be set up by 9am.
The show is open to the public from 9.30am and closes at 4.30pm.
Can I leave the show before 4.30pm?
For the safety of all classic drivers and pedestrians on the Showground classic car entry will be between 7am and 1pm with no exit before 1.30pm. Exit will be available from 1.30pm onwards.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are very welcome, please keep them on a lead whilst on the showground and clear up after them. Please don’t leave your dog in your car in the car park as every year we have to put out at least one distressed dog message.
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, disabled parking is available close to the public entrance. Please follow the signs once on the showground.
Can I park my classic car alongside my friends’ cars?
Yes, what to do is meet up in the meeting area before the classic car gate and then come through the classic car gate together. The meeting area is signposted once on the showground.
